Esther Gribble is a Clinical Psychologist, who founded Mindsight Psychology out of a desire to see those struggling with mental health difficulties empowered to move forward in a positive way.  This small and welcoming private practice is located in the Gwelup/Karrinyup area, 12 minutes north of Perth CBD.

People reach out to see a psychologist for many reasons.  I genuinely believe that, whatever challenges you are facing in life, you are currently doing the best you can.  However, we can all get a little “stuck” at times and may find it hard to know which way to turn.  During these times, finding the courage to engage in therapy is a brave step, and one that I hope will be the beginning of an empowering and rewarding journey for you, rich in shared understanding and meaningful change.
